I'm new and havent won any jobs. But to how easy it is. its definitely giving me high Hope's of winning my first job.
When automatically adding contacts, some companies are sent invitations/notifications inadvertently - this can be confusing and misleading to them.
I really like the user friendly aspect of it, great customer support team, happy customer have used them for years.
Program freezes temporarily looses some functionality until you close and reopen.
It is extremely easy to communicate with subs that are interested in the project. The RFI section is nice - it is helpful to keep all project-related RFIs in one place.
From the subcontractor's end, to many useless emails. No contacts at the GC to ask any questions about the bid, plans, nothing.
We've had a great experience with PlanHub. There is no doubt in my mind that we've been awarded jobs that we never would have had the opportunity to bid on.
Lack of response from the subcontractors. Not being able to add one more subcontractor and send to just that one.
Easy to use and graphics that show exactly where you are and what would be the next step. Also, some good summary charts that help to review the whole process.
Some features are confusing, such as when looking at a week when it is collapsed, users get confused that a task is using an entire week instead of just a particular day.
It is an extremely easy way to see weekly work planned and how it is executed. The ability to have a daily check-in remotely is useful for times when meeting in person is not feasible.
I don't like that it currently doesn't have task successor/predecessor features. I know this feature is in the works.
I really enjoyed the daily task view for subs, I think it makes the software more approachable from a sub or super perspective.
This application is by far the best designed and easy to use. It checked all of the boxes we were looking for to take our scheduling digital and have real time collaboration with trade partners.
