OERCA vs Buzz to the Rescues: Which is a better fit?

OERCA One Earth helps you keep everything you in a convenient, organized, safe secure place. Excellent support for the Non tech savvy such as myself might have if a question arise.

My only complaint is that I’ve downloaded the Oerca app and i have never been able to log on through my phone. It will forever say loading.

I like the water quality report that allows for easy tracking of trends. They seem to make updates to improve the software functionality.

This can be frustrating when I want to add records to the program and it doesn't have the space for it yet.

It's wonderfully organized and extremely user-friendly, which helps someone like me who sometimes has trouble learning new programs.

When I first started this job (in an aquarium), there was no centralized place where records were stored.

This is a wonderful piece of software for anyone who works in animal care.

Particularly a bot of hangup is the problem but it's not that much big.

The overall ease of use and powerful built in software is what every rescue needs to streamline administrative tasks to allow us to focus on the animals in our care and finding them homes.

It continues to be extremely slow in processing requests, lack of customizability, lack of support for integrations.

It has also been particularly great to work with Laurie because she is not only SO responsive but also has great ideas, suggestions and is simply enjoyable to interact with, as well.

Integration with Petfinder--BUT this problem is on Petfinder's end, not on Buzz's end.

Buzz to the Rescues is a seriously passionate team with a nonstop dedication to rescues and animals.

I have to think hard and long to find anything that we don't like about our Buzz software.
