Shelter Pro vs Trackabeast: Which is a better fit?

After trying several different popular software programs for our Animal Shelter, I tried ShelterPro. I loved how easy it was to understand.

Can not view the monthly reports without printing them. Makes for a real waste of paper.

You can definitely tell they put a lot of thought into the design and functionality of the product. They are always innovative and provide fantastic support.

At one time I used a different software that I never felt as though I quite got the hang of because it was difficult to use.

It's great how we can customize the program to fit our needs and how everything is so easy to use.

Never have I had a problem that wasn't resolved in a timely matter, always professional and always friendly. I have used the software for over a decade and I have watched it grow and improve.

Good , its has been helpful in ensuring that we not only know where animals are, and what medical care has been given or is due for follow up.

Not all of the fields are relevant to our needs, and not sure if there is a way to hide them…guess we need to ask.

Trackabeast has helped Much Love Animal Rescue place thousands of rescued animals with loving forever families.

I'd get in touch with Trackabeast owner,[SENSITIVE CONTENT], and she would make it happen. It's really hard to imagine that level of customer service nowadays, but you get it with Trackabeast.

Love that is is linked to Petfinder and helps coordinate quick adoptions for our rescue animals.

I can't think of anything I don't like about Trackabeast.

It is easy to use and customer service is very responsive. I would recommend it to any small to large animal rescues.

I don't like he placement set up when a pet is listed as returned, but still located at the previous owner's location.
