I also had a very good experience with the customer support. The people are very responsive, competent and very friendly.
I would say i struggle initally to use this software but this is because i have never used a product onboarding app before.
They answer in minutes and really take care of understanding your business problemas and thinking on creative ways to solve them. Really really amazing service.
For instance, I'll finish a micro walkthrough which should trigger another walkthrough, but it takes 15 seconds or so before the next one starts up.
