Hello Club vs Restrict Content Pro: Which is a better fit?

I have had an excellent experience with the software, best on the market for the purpose and fantastic customer service with interest in extending their products capabilities.

Casuals also a bit unsure when they are not tech savy - maybe when they book it sends them a clearer instruction of what to do on arrival etc. Another frustration is the check-in feature.

Keeps the insurance company happy too. The help options are very clear, although we have written several instructions that are very specific to our processes.

The lack of a limited admin role - you can either see everything but edit nothing, or see and edit everything.

The hardware looks great and operates really well, the installation has allowed us to promote our facilities, offering the community easy access, and working towards the growth of our sport.

Restriction features such as removing and adding players.

We did a lot of research before deciding to partner with Hello Club. It’s early days for us, but we are very happy with their product and can see the opportunities they offer as we grow.

We got people being too confused so scrapped it and manually loaded in family discounts.

I like the general structure of how it works and the ease in which the system seems to outline your products. I like the ability to customize it to suit your needs.

Just a terrible overall experience and product. Also, there is no phone support at all.

I love how "lightweight" this software is. If you're looking to create a course, but don't want quizzes and bunch of the overhead that comes with a full LMS, RCP is a great solution.

My only criticism is the limited layout of sign up forms... they could potentially add easier options for styling and customisation. I've had to bring in a dev to code these.

I am happy with my purchase and hope they stay current and competitive with other membership plugins.

It's been a disappointing process, to say the least and Avalara acknowledged there weren't even one dozen users of the combo.

I love the ability to easily create a variety of membership levels as well as different discount codes. I also love the variety of add-ons that give additional functionality.

We had an issue with the first site we used RCP on where it did not smoothly integrate with some custom aspects of our site's theme, and it was difficult to pin down where the issue was.
