Overall experience has been good. I am pleased with the interface and the ease in which you can learn the tool.
Sometimes the updates come out a day after patch Tuesday. Sometimes updates fail to deploy with weird error readings that's not very detailed.
Easy to use and implement, customer services are great, very helpful, Knowledge base is excellent.
Sometimes patches fail to install without much of an explanation. Some error codes are given but typically took investigation.
Overall I would highly recommend the product for patch management, which can be used in both domain and workgroup environments. It offers good value for money, for the amount of time saved.
The agent installation on end user computers is a bit confusing.

It's a robust and great tool for managing the cloud intrastate and offers flexible control over all AWS services. While it has depth of integration and is more impressive.
There was a learning curve in the previous iteration that made the console difficult to navigate. Some features were not easily found.
Overall, my experience with the AWS Management Console has been great. I love its powerful and centralized interface, which makes it easy to manage multiple services like EC2 and S3 in one place.
Navigating between the different regions is not seamless. Slow load times, especially when trying to manage large resources and limited search functionality are painful most of the time.
