Lag can occur when using the platform, which can be frustrating. As an open source platform with separate components, it can be difficult to deploy.
We evaluated the chat functionality which seems to be very useful and straight forward to integrate and the creating own Chatbot to reply is another interesting feature that we love.
It has a lagging issue, it slows down the system. It does not meet expectations of heavy load.
The pre-trained models and the ability to train my own models on the project have also been incredibly useful. The community support and the active development of the project have also been fantastic.
Some of the things I don't really like about Tiledesk is the limited customization of the chat box. Another point is the lack of a slider tool to go through the chat history inside the chat box.
I liked most that Tiledesk is open-source and has a great development team behind it doing their absolute best to make features that other competitors provide at a much higher price or not at all.
Setting up a self instance was complicated. I'll leave that to the pros.
