Visitly vs Advanced Entry: Which is a better fit?

The NDA feature is great, and the ability to send text alerts is a nice thing to have for our recruiters waiting for interviewees.

Didn't experience much of the software to dislike anything.

Ease of Management, Price is good for what you get, training manuals are accessible, customer service is amazing.

No read-only administrator accounts nor auditing on administrator accounts.

Absolutely love the feedback of the software and is a huge improvement from our previous software. Very pleased to have Visitly.

Visitly can feel a little confusing at first, there's so many options. It took us a few weeks to get our heads around the system, it's features and how it works.

I like that it's super simple for customers to sign in privately. It is very easy to set up as well.

That it would leave visitors signed in overnight.

We have found great value and time-savings in our facility and highly recommend at every opportunity.

Some times the kiosk does not recognize head movements and staff or visitors have to rescan because denied. We can't delete an error.

Overall, this is a great and very welcome tool that most people respond positively to using.

Older users have trouble with reading the on-screen text and understanding how to use a touch screen device/keyboard.

One of the best part is that I don't have to argue with anybody that comes in the building who does not want to answer the questions or to sign the consent.

That when I am leaving at the end of the day I have a hard time logging out for day.

I love that it recognizes people after the initial registration and that it includes their picture on the badges. It's so cute how it says Goodbye to the person when they check out.

Folks typically ignore when it is out of paper.
