Ultimate School Manager vs Classcard: Which is a better fit?

The whole team and experience has been amazing and I’m so happy that we’re working with Classcard and their amazing team to move our business forward at this time.

Some of the notifications still missing (Coach notifications).

I appreciated the ability to efficiently send emails to all students at once and the comprehensive range of features offered by the software.

There is no one click option in the mobile app where I can just go and check how many sessions are remaining for my client. There is no option to create invoice in mobile app.

The ease of on-boarding new students and facilitating class bookings. The ability to share links to events/classes easily and seamlessly.

The inflexibility in one-to-one booking due to the limited choice in setting work hours ( for example, an employee can’t be set to work two sets of houses, eg from 10am to 1pm and 6pm to 9pm).

The automated features, like reminders and attendance tracking, help save time and reduce administrative work, which is a big plus.
