Universign vs BlueInk: Which is a better fit?

Companies that provide feature rich affordable products and back it up with excellent customer service should be supported.

When you get an email to sign, if often links it with old emails from blue ink, making it hard to find the signature you need to sign. This is difficult for staff and families.

Ease of set up with customer support; ease of use once set up. Ease to send out knowing it is secure and I can monitor who has signed documents and who has not.

When I make a mistake in assigning a signer to the wrong spot I have difficulty figuring out how to delete the signature box so that I can assign the correct signer.

I love how easily this has made signing important documents for everyone so accessible, the help (when rarely needed) has been second to none and speedy. No hanging around for assistance.

I havent found anything that I disliked about the platform, however, there was a learning curve after first purchasing the product being that I never used an E-signature solution in the past.

They answered all my questions and had solutions for all my concerns. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process.

If a teacher didn't log in within a certain time frame I would need to resend them the invite. Teachers found this frustrating because they would have to wait until I was available.
