We have enjoyed the ease of access in scheduling the meetings we need to and keep track of them. It's accessible and able to recall past information easily which is very important to us.
But when our third user turns on Office Tracker the program fails. And if I call to ask ONE question, I have to pay over $100.00 to get it answered.
The ease in the ability to book and view room usage. With 7 departments using rooms and areas in the facility, we are able to successfully coordinate with others to eliminate double bookings.
The program is very delicate. If instructions are not followed correctly there will always be lingering problems.
The software is fairly easy to use. We appreciate the ability to color-code information.
When trying to contact someone by email a reply time seems delayed. And have a difficult time changing our color coding in drop down box.
So impressed by Office Tracker which is why I have been using this for over 10 years.
This is time consuming and creates the potential for errors.
I've been working with Easy Storage Solutions for 8 years and have had a great experience overall. The customer service reps are great.
For example, if I make a mistake and fail to credit the customer for their security deposit upon move out, there is nobqay to correct that mistake in the financial records.
Great feature set for the price. Customer service has been incredibly responsive and helpful during the transition from our previous software.
Always have trouble with locking out, and unlocking out, cannot void payments once paid by accident by the customer.
Taking credit cards at a very good rate saves money and is a great service to our customers. This is just the beginning because the reports for tax time is going to save us time and money too.
Takes sometime getting use to the program. The most recent problem is when Microsoft does updates the program has trouble talking to the gate system software.
The software is easy to use, and if I need help the tech-support is wonderful. They are prompt to call back and help me through any difficulties I may be having.
It lacks an accounting report system. Which makes it really difficult to keep records of expenditure and accounts.

We can easily run reports that lets us know when to send out letters, when to do liens, when to do lockouts. Now everything's basically very easy to maintain to manage, and we're very happy with it. The integration and onboarding process was extremely easy. Customer service was available around the clock through phone and through email. They really helped us get a better grip on managing all of our paper stacks, our Excel spreadsheets. They were able to take some of the information extrapolated and even help us create automated electronic records for everything. Something else I really enjoyed was we also had a whole bunch of paper for each customers like our self storage management agreements, our certified mail receipts. We were able to take that, scan it, and then put it into the system so everything's electronic and I can access it everywhere. I would highly recommend this software. Purchase it today. It's worth every penny. You'll come out ahead. We own a very small 52 unit self-storage facility a couple hours away, and by purchasing this product, we've revolutionized the way we are doing business. We have a better grip, better control over all of our tenants, our availability. Everything's automated now, and we can access our records on our iPhone, on our computer. It's great.
