Eva F.: My name is Eva. I am the owner of a bookkeeping firm. I give WhatsApp a five out of five rating. I was using my text messenger app to communicate with my friends and family and my teammates. I had many issues using it. It was hard to communicate, hard to keep track of messages, and that's why I switched to WhatsApp. Using WhatsApp makes it very easy to communicate with my teammates. It allows for me to upload it on my desktop and use it on my desktop as I'm working throughout the day. Communication is very clear and easy and allows for me to use a full range of different messages and messaging types to share with my team. WhatsApp was very easy to implement into my business. It was easy to download the app onto my phone, and then from there to download the WhatsApp onto my desktop computer was also extremely easy. Implementing it took maybe one minute and was worth every second that it was and has been very easy to use moving forward. It is free and very, very easy to use and very easy to implement whether you're using it with just friends and family and personal communication or to use across a team or a platform like that.
