I don't like the fact that as an agency we cannot show the ad spend including our agency fee but only ad cost. This is confusing for our clients who pay ad cost and agency fees together.

Reportei is easy to setup and had good automatization capabilities. From the get-go it provided me with the ability to generate weekly analytics reports on my advertising campaigns.

Few data from social media, especialy instagram, who is growthing every day, more than facebook. Another problem its the impossibility to customize data.

Great for brand tracking, clean design. Trial period option is great for users to understand where they'll be putting their money.

Some limitations in instagram reports that probably it have no guilty about.

The application has saved our team many hours of manual exporting and manipulation of data. The Cosmos team has been super responsive and true partner to our business.

The inability to build Tables, Pivot Tables or use Power Query within a report.

They are always positive and eager to help in any way. They take the time to create short training videos for specific questions and the responsiveness is amazing.

We haven't yet encountered any disappointments or elements that we think don't work well.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the Cosmos team. Their commitment to customer success is clear.

The only issue I can imagine is not having access to the platform if you have no internet but I haven’t experienced anything that.
