Veryfi vs Airbase: Which is a better fit?

It's easy to use and very effective. I had some issues with my subscription and the customer care has been very helpful.

The app will crash after taking a pic of a receipt. It’s easily fixed by downloading the new version but is frustrating at times.

I love how simple it is to set up and use. It makes my business expense tracking really simple and straightforward and easy and that's pretty wonderful.

I struggled, and I am still struggling to connect this app with my Sage Cloud Accounting Solution.

In the amount of time/money that this solution has and will save me, I am SO FORTUNATE I found Veryfi.com, and I think you will be too.

I found trying to speak to someone in sales a problem, the Technical person was quick to assist on Zoom, but he could not assist me with sales, the Live Chat doesn't work if and when you find it.

I also love that this works with QuickBooks. How awesome it is to give a report to my CPA from my phone.

It is on the expensive side, especially for small businesses or startups with limited budgets.

While the system is good I actually appreciate the customer support the people are Airbase are very personable and friendly.

My only dislike is that they don't have Expense Reimbursements up and running. As a finance team we are looking forward to the day when we can have this in Airbase as well.

Ability to create virtual credit cards per vendor is amazing. It provides such a great degree of control and transparency into our spend, while making our spend reporting so much more accurate.

It took a decent amount of time to set up bill pay and we've misstated our GL multiple times due to lack of understanding of how the product functions.

Overall, a great experience with a fast and reliable solution that has helped save time and streamline processes.

That is the only thing that is missing vs. issuing traditional corporate cards.

The overall user experience is excellent. Airbase helps Welkin improve accounting accuracy with fewer reclasses and supports a much faster monthly closing process.

Initially, Airbase had limited functionality in a few areas. However, it's quickly filled those holes in -- so at this point, it's more than overcome those initial limitations.
