Chorus by ZoomInfo is a CI solution that records, transcribes and analyzes conversations to provide revenue teams with unparalleled visibility into relationships that drive revenue.
My favorite thing is how easy it is to share links and incorporate into my calendar. Very clean software all in in all.
For example, when the camera is on, there is a camera icon with a slash through it to turn it off (that seems backwards) and when the mic is on, there is no slash, and clearly on.
Jiminny really streamlined communication for my team during quarantine. Its super easy to use which is perfect for my team who have various levels of experience with technology.
The phone quality is often below satisfactory, cuts out sometimes which is bad for recordings or client experiences.
I like that there is the option to go back and listen to calls, is great for training purposes. I like that people can listen in as a LiveCoach and help as needed.

It's nice for new hires to be able to listen to other calls that went well and how people talk through different situations. Also it's great for call listening for managers (x2 speed is so helpful).
It can sometimes be difficult to ascertain exactly who was on a given call.
I love that it will automatically hop into my calls and there is nothing I have to do on my end to get that to happen. I also love that I can use it during cold calls as well.
We tried another product and realized that it is more accurate in transcription than Chorus. We were not expecting miracles but transcription is by far the weakest link.
