Manatal vs Honeit: Which is a better fit?

I previously managed an in-house recruitment team, so having a good ATS was critical to our success. Not only is this one affordable but it also includes a lot of tools that we couldn't do without.

I have used the software for a couple of months and have experienced no real issues. The only thing missing would be a Whatsapp integration to communicate with candidates from the app.

I have been using the platform for a year now in my previous company and have been very happy with our choice. We were on a budget and Manatal was providing the best value.

It has horrible search functionality. The social media AI doesn't work at all.

Other than that I find the search tools super helpful as they pretty much automatically find the best candidates in our database for any given job, this is again a real time saver.

Minor complaints regarding some customizations options that could be more intuitive in my opinion and I also faced one or two bugs.

Even just the call scheduling feature is fantastic, but being able to record bits of audio is an amazing and helpful tool -- we've been able to quickly consider talent for a variety of roles this way.

Sometimes when Wi-Fi connection is unstable it creates lag time between the real time conversations and when the answer is being captured.

Hiring managers really enjoy listening to the audio clips so they can understand how excited the candidate is about the opportunity.

Candidates/clients struggle to connect for the first time using it. I've had several occasions where a call is dropped, and had to talk to customer service to merge the 2 audio files.

The audio recordings are great; you have the ability to focus on your conversations and refer back to them later. Also, the audio clips help highlight the candidate's skills to hiring managers.

Email call/meeting notification reminders are from a general mailbox and often go to spam.

I LOVE that I am able to go back and listen to interviews. Our clients love that they can listen to snippets of the interview and get an idea of candidate communication skills.

There are some functional issues. There's a lag in calls and the system can get to be a little glitchy at times.
