Documentation can be a bit difficult to wade through at times.
Its very easy to create any huge bot in a minutes. I am very much interested and liked to work on it.
Managing the versions of the bots since there is no mechanism to rollback to earlier versions.
User friendly Interface that helps new users to understand the software well and good.
Integration configurations can be very messy and impactful on CX e.g. disconnection of chats between Kore and Zendesk.
As overall its a great tool. Nice UI/UX as a developer.

There were times when restrictions on resources were imposed by the team. I can still live with this knowing that this is just a temporary limitation.
Uchat has most of the capabilities of all the other chatbot softwares combined at an amazing price level. They have very good support and we have tested over 53 different softwares.
The only downside I would mention is that there may be a learning curve involved, but that's the case with any new tool or process you need to implement.
Uchat item itself is so flexible and able - seemingly the finest out there - and the group is greatly responsive to input and they're making overhauls appropriately.
Since this is a fairly young product with limited funds.
It was really good using Uchat and I still use this software for managing my clients chatbots with ease and they are also very happy with the results. Kudos Uchat team for this software.
Waiting for a new function when they say: now we will start implementing this. But then i have to wait for that function and i don't like waiting.
