Alleva vs Prompt: Which is a better fit?

Chantal: My name is Chantal, I'm an office manager, and I would give a Prompt a five out of five stars. For more reviews, please click the link below. Prior to Prompt, we were using a different software. It was WebPT, it was a very good software, but for us it was more simplicity thing that we were looking for. Prompt is very easy to navigate. WebPT was not as simple to navigate, and I had to click in several places of the software to be able to reach the information that I needed for each patient. The practice decided to switch to Prompt because it was a much simpler system to use. We had everything at our fingertips in one of the many tabs that they have, particularly the dashboard which has all the information that is needed for the practice on a daily basis. And also, looking for information as far as every patient is concerned, it was easy to find. By the click of a button, a window will pop up, and you would have everything available at your fingertips. Starting from the personal information of the patient, all of the visits that were scheduled, upcoming, the visits in the past. So, very simple to manage to find information for each patient. So, getting started with Prompt was actually a very easy process. It was long, because you need to get ready a lot of documents to import, but they give you all of the instructions on how to do it. It's usually done over a weekend. And then on the Monday, I basically had all of my documents, all of my patients imported in the system. Anytime that I needed support, they're always there to answer any questions. The website that they offer, obviously is very rich in videos that you have to look, you have to watch, you have to practice, even before you do the integration from the prior system to Prompt itself. So, very easy to navigate, very easy the integration. The team is extremely available. You can shoot them a text, an email, and they'll answer questions. If the question is not answered immediately through a bunch of questions and answers that they have available to you, you can send them an email and they usually respond within the hour. Or if it's something a little bit more complicated, they will tell you, "Let me pass on to the team that is an expert in this particular department of the software, and we will get an answer to you as soon as possible." And the other thing that I really love about Prompt is the fact that probably because they're still working on developing the software to the likes of the clients, you can send them suggestions. And if they can, they will modify the software to the requests that the clients are asking for. And I had several of those already taken care of. So, I am really very happy with the software. So, if you are thinking of changing your software to Prompt, I can tell you that it is definitely a great software. I haven't had any issues so far with the software. I know that one of the reasons why the company switched from WebPT to Prompt, was because we were having a hard time getting the physical therapist to complete their notes on time and they were slacking. And one of the great features that I believe Prompt has on the PT side, is they have a way of making it easier for the PT to complete the notes because they can save certain verbiage to complete notes in a very quick way. And of course, on the side of the office manager, which obviously it's my position, I just like the fact that everything is right there on the dashboard at your fingertips. It's very easy to navigate, and it makes it easier for me to do my job in a very efficient way.
