Alleva vs Happy Charting: Which is a better fit?

I like that certain sections are customizable, such as the Intake/BPS and Discharge Plan/Summary; that enables us to select the information that is most important and useful to us.

We felt the sales process was frankly deceptive. We encountered significant problems from day 1 of our implementation, and there was no willingness/ability to problem solve at all.

The flexibility and customization for the platform makes it a terrific option - particularly in light of the support and the willingness of the staff to create solutions on the fly.

Time consuming for administrators. Alleva struggled with the flow of the roll out within our business.

The templates are perfect, especially for progress notes and I love that the Alleva team has worked with us to tailor/ improve it to make it even more user friendly.

The slow loading times and glitchy number inputs make using Alleva all day a struggle.

The integration with other tools has also been seamless, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed them.

My overall experience with Happy Charting has been excellent. Very helpful, responsive and innovative.

I have trouble with the list of complaints that I've entered, as some of the categories do not clump them together so that I can see them all on the one screen that's allowed.

This software has saved us a lot of time and money. We are happy with this program, its updates, and progress in including more features.

There is a duplicate feature that if I accidentally click on it overrides all my charting already done. I have to delete the duplication and rewrite the chart.

Developers are very easy to work with and have fantastic response time, as well as being very open to suggestions for future development. Good price point for our small business.

On other letters (they are group alphabetically) this doesn't occur. My fault; I haven't taken the time to complain about this.

My overall experince with Happy Charting has been great. They are always very helpful if I need support.

What is missing is the capability to send text reminders to the patients that use this platform to book appointments.
