PracticeStudio vs Practice EHR: Which is a better fit?

Practice Studio is the best of both worlds: established with a great track record and technical support but always on the edge of what is coming next. I highly recommend this product.

We are also often frustrated by the customer support and feel the team members can be rude and dismissive of our issues.

The training videos online are wonderful and very helpful. I like that the personnel not only will fix my issue - they will show me how to make the modifications for myself for my future needs.

This is a poor example of a truely functionable EMR.

They have specific videos to help make the process much less daunting. I am very happy with this product and would strongly recommend it to other offices.

If you cancel, you have to send a letter by mail (cannot cancel by email).

Best aspect of this product is the technical support. Very strong in meaningful use implementation.

You must type alot in this software. It is not menu driven which leaves the door open for alot of human typographical errors.

The simplicity and the easiness to navigate the system. It is a very good system for a small practice, the super bill with all CPT code is very helpful.

When I blocked the charge as the trial should be free and not charged and they deactivated our account. Very poor business practice and terrible customer service.

We are a lifestyle medicine clinic and the software is good for us. The cost is low, so the value is great.

As of April, I still don't have a system that I can use to see patients. Implementation is sloppy with many errors and customer service is terrible.

Basically, this system is very user friendly. At first glance, it seems like a primary care system but they work with you to make the system specific to your specialty.

Change of staff internally so the momentum was lost in getting the templates customized quickly.
