Practice Studio is the best of both worlds: established with a great track record and technical support but always on the edge of what is coming next. I highly recommend this product.
We are also often frustrated by the customer support and feel the team members can be rude and dismissive of our issues.
The training videos online are wonderful and very helpful. I like that the personnel not only will fix my issue - they will show me how to make the modifications for myself for my future needs.
This is a poor example of a truely functionable EMR.

Best aspect of this product is the technical support. Very strong in meaningful use implementation.
You must type alot in this software. It is not menu driven which leaves the door open for alot of human typographical errors.
The platform is able to be fully customized and everyone I have had the opportunity to work with has been prompt, polite and effective. I am very happy with my decision to use them as our EHR.

It is easy to customize, easy to use, has the best ipad functionality, excellent customer support, fair pricing and is fast.
What upsets me is that there is no one to speak to in regards to support. I have lost alot of time because the website will not allow me to reset my password.
I love the ability to customize my own templates and create forms that will work for my practice. I enjoy the sleek design and ability to use the App for easy access in the field.

I use DrChrono on a daily basis for scheduling all of my sessions with my clients and navigating all of their billing and just keeping track of everything that comes along with providing the care for the current clients that I provide service for. I like the ease of being able to schedule and move around clients, also working within each separate client's profile is really easy to access everything that I need and I know exactly where to find different pieces of their file. Something I dislike about DrChrono is I sometimes feel I will click onto something and then save it and come to find out it doesn't always do that for me. That may be a user end issue, but I definitely run into that sometimes, or even maybe the refreshing. But dealing with HIPAA compliant software is that's definitely a common thing that you experience.
