GoFreight vs Tive: Which is a better fit?

First of All, the price is pretty good. I have been in this industry for more then 10 years, and seen different kind of systems, cost more or less.

Sometimes port code is confusing, also we have to manually add ramp and ports.

Accounting functions are also super good. My OP and accounting never have to back and force for double and triple checking.

Difficult to import/export datasets from other firms.

This software is User friendly, easy to use but powerful and it's cloud based. You can simply access it anyway and anytime you can without complicated setup.

Most important for us as a Gofreight user. No worry about Data lost.

Easy to operate, good for management. This is the software we are looking for.

Search time sometimes gets laggy, causing slight delay while working.

The ease of use of the platform is very nice. Compared to other companies I’ve used this is the best.

If Tive saves us from losing just one package a quarter they pay for themselves. So far we have multiple examples of situations where the trackers have been able to recover a lost package.

I have found the support people to be very helpful. They are easy to get a hold of and eager to help.

The notification system tends to spam a lot and requires some finesse to avoid receiving 50 emails per day regarding shipments arriving in a facility such as a port.

The better connection is the better we are able to predict the shipments thermal life. The Portal's UI is very minimalistic which can be really nice.

Can be finicky if you don't place near the tail of the trailer with nothing around the device. If there is any interference the signal is weak and does not track well.

This has been a great investment for the company and has helped us to maintain quality service for our clients.

The setup of trackers can be a bit hard to do for those who have not used it before.
