I am very happy to have discovered this tool. I first had views on the BetterDoc software, then when I discovered Malcom and its design, I was immediately won over.
Web hooks integrations are really severely lacking, passing only that it completed a form and no other information.
Malcolm! helps non-tech people like me produce beautiful sites with ease. It takes a little bit of time to set up and the result is professional with my brand colours.
It's a bit overbearing at times, and can be confusing to navigate.
Malcom! fulfills its role perfectly by highlighting your FAQs and with its sleek design that you can customize according to your tastes. It's a safe bet that your users / customers will also like it.
The only thing to bear in mind is that there are an awful lot of options when it comes to configuring workflows, and you need to take your time to familiarise yourself with everything.
Malcolm is absolutely great, it's way batter than what the competition is doing out there. They provide excellent support, an excellent UI and it just works.
I did find it a little confusing at the beginning, but that was just me needing to get used to the interface.
I enjoy the easy-to-use interface and capacity for editing. I like the ease with which I can add papers/documents to the program.
The main issue is in organizing citations because users cannot upload a paper directly into a folder, so there is a risk of misplacing it.
I love its reader platform —so comfortable for reading, highlighting and making annotations. The citation system works seamlessly with Google docs.
My biggest complaint is that you cannot search the text of papers.
Terrific software for compiling references, papers. Pretty good for collaboration.
It is difficult to troubleshoot why the format is incorrect.
Love the chrome extension and add to paperpile button. Customer support exists unlike other free apps and is awesome.
The annotation feature is glitchy and limited.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
