Very good, excellent customer support. One of the problems we addressed was that we had 2 or 3 salespeople who each sent out Itineraries (in .pdf format) of varying quality.
The calendar could be on Trip Creator itself and/or synced to Google or Outlook calendars. At the moment we are forced to add each itinerary item manually to our own calendars to have an overview.
