I like that is very user friendly and if you need help Aversure customer service is very helpful.
When downloading the whole data room when finalised, this takes too long and errors occur frequently.
Highly recommend it and is a great value as well.
I also don't like that you can't see the underlying folders in the main folders, that you just see the files that are in the main folder. That's also a problem in the index.
Ease of use and simplicity once you get the hang of things.
If folder A is index 1, the underlying folder B is index 1.1. However, if file X is located in folder A, file X will also have index 1.1 (confusing).
Product compares very well to the larger established brands, however, at a significantly lower price point, providing clients with excellent value for money.
