It's fairly user friendly and has a variety of useful features. Great value for the price compared to other solutions.
I have made the mistakes a couple of time by not selecting the correct time period because it defaults to more recent.
The overall experience with Hourly has been great. We appreciate the easy access and the simplicity of the software as our employees do too.
Few steps need to be taken to pay hourly rate. Another trouble is monthly salary needs to deactivate (so that they dont get the stub) when we want to skip that employee.
The ease of the program is also outstanding. In the 2 years of using the service, they have done many improvement as well.

The computation of salary is confusing, the presentation on payslip makes the employees got confused due to the deduction then adding of un/worked holiday.

The best thing about salarium is its friendly user phase.
The main downside of this application is the minimal crashing occurrences which I think due to internet connectivity.
Another thing, the navigation between desktop and mobile views is amazing.
How to compute 13month computation. It's hard to understand how to compute the 13th-month pay.
