I actually really like AQ or the ease of use and cross-referencing of products. The match function has been a lifesaver with all of the supply chain issues with covid.
No way to interface directly with the product catalog & configurators. The AQ projects API is not real-time and, as such, is useless for integration with a backend ERP system.
I also like the ability to customize the features to tailor to our business needs. He ability to get rid of features is nice too, it help greatly when we are training a new employee to use AQ.
Since being sold/purchased, AQ Customer Service has suffered. I have not been able to import/ download quotes for 6 months, with no Customer Service response.
What I like best about this software is the customization capability. You can set up as many custom objects for your customers, and have the option of adding them to your existing catalog.
There is no longer a way to flag errors in the data. Bring back the "kitchen police.
Having an online catalog for our customers has been a great asset.
My only current complaint is that I've recently been required to sign in each morning with username and password.
We recently implemented auto glass and now more than ever we are excited that this transition has been pretty seamless.
Get a lot of in complete ones, not sure if it's too difficult for the customer to fill out on their end.
