Cyberimpact vs Success.ai: Which is a better fit?

It's been an amazing experience, and I have recommended to several friends who have joined as well.

I find Cyberimpact extremely finicky and annoying to use in terms of building out emails. The drag and drop content blocks can be cumbersome if you have long sections.

Their support team is responsive and friendly. We love that they are Canadian and are competitive functionality-wise with the well-known American providers.

Nothing I can think about was negative about CYBERIMPACT.

We have a few units who run their own newsletters but they are not communicators, so it's nice to have the opportunity to build out templates for them and let them populate them.

Which is sometimes confusing as whether you're actually using the most recent draft.

Amazing - I am hoping to continue using it as this product continue to improve it services.

When an email is rejected it goes into an invalid file and you cannot just move it back - you have to delete and then re-enter unless you get the customer support.

Cold Emailing and Lead generation are really make easy with SuccessAI because they give best and amazing user interface to the user. They have also best user experience in their platform.

So far, I have not experienced any cons, but i feel that with the vast features, someone who uses it for the first time can be confused. Interacting with it often times makes you understand.
