The best thing about the product is loading families and keeping records overall I have enjoyed this product, I love the ability to track payments, shot records etc.
Sometimes for the line of work I wasting, it was occasionally overly particular with what it needed, which I found personally frustrating.
Software has been very easy to use, and is user friendly. The two times I had to contact customer service, they were wonderful.
I'm not sure what their uptime is, but maybe once or twice a year, there will be a server outage. This can be inconvenient as we use the software to run the entire music school.
