ConnectPointz vs MFT Gateway: Which is a better fit?

They are professional, responsive and very easy to work with. For a business our size, they are the perfect solution.

If you make a mistake its hard to correct or you have to call in to get the correction made. It was very hard to get an invoice corrected.

Easy to setup, use, and came recommended by Target. Very happy with the value for $, it came in far cheaper than competitors and the support team has been excellent.

Unless you reconcile you may not know transactions are stuck for bad data. Setting up meaningful notifications of the transactions that cannot process requires support.

From the very beginning their team was very responsive and helpful. They did a great job in helping us get up and running.

You need to send the same invoice with a different letter/number added at the end. No one ever told us that.

It still relies on AWS services; therefore, any disruption in these services would impact MFT. This could represent an edge case in an automated workflow.

The default settings are great to start, but when it comes to complicated things. One can get lost in the configurations.

Integration was relatively simple and straightforward. Their support team was amazing responding fast and helping us sort technical matters we did not understand.

The ease and simplicity of implementation on the MFT Gateway side was what I liked most about the platform.
