The editing tools themselves were not as advertised. Even at "Pro" it required additional payments. It's too expensive for the quality and services this offers. Pros Nothing. Their advertisement is great - it shows everything without disclosing all the additional hidden costs. Cons Quality is disappointing. I attempted to enlarge some images and when printed, the quality was disappointing. Shutterfly ended up fixing it. Their billing is also confusing; merchant name didn't even match. I signed up for a "7-day free trial" but was billed on the sixth day for a year for a much higher price than that on their website. Lastly, their customer service is impersonal. I was offered a half refund, which shows me whoever is running their billing is aware there are issues. Malgré un contact immédiat avec le support, on m'a opposé une réponse robotique citant leurs conditions générales pour refuser de me rendre mon argent. C'est inadmissible pour un service numérique en 2026. Ils préfèrent voler une année d'abonnement à un client plutôt que d'avoir un geste commercial basique. Je ne recommande absolument pas. Pros Le logiciel est fonctionnel pour de la retouche basique, mais ses qualités techniques sont totalement éclipsées par des méthodes commerciales douteuses et un service client rigide. Cons Politique de remboursement inexistante et malhonnête. Ils pratiquent le renouvellement automatique "piège" et refusent tout remboursement, même si la demande est faite moins de 24h après le prélèvement et que le service n'a pas été utilisé. C'est une méthode de rétention forcée qui manque totalement d'éthique. I tried the free version first and decided to test the paid subscription, but the paid features did not provide the value I expected. After realizing this, I cancelled the subscription almost immediately. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund. The platform may work for very basic editing, but the pricing and subscription policy feel unfair and not consumer-friendly. I would strongly recommend that users read the terms very carefully before subscribing. Pros The interface is simple and easy to understand for basic editing and your can use with different options. Cons The paid version does not deliver the value it promises. Many features feel limited or similar to the free version. The biggest issue is the subscription model, which automatically renews after a trial and makes refunds extremely difficult even if the service does not meet expectations.
