When this happens we then have to mark the current invoice as unpaid manually, which can be hard to keep track of.
The customer service is amazing. If I can’t find something in the help menu, I can always ask a customer service rep. They are responsive and super helpful even if they have to research a solution.
The invoicing system is not clear. Clients are often confused and since their bill changes frequently, it causes even more confusion.

My business partner and I were dividing the work. I was doing all the scheduling, and she was doing all the billing, and it got to the point where we had grown so much in our business that we had to do something that was more practical. TutorBird was really easy to get started. I was surprised at, yes, there was a learning curve, but it was a very small one. In fact, any questions that we had that we needed answered, we would just call the customer service rep and they were live looking at our screens and able to help us. We were very impressed with the customer service. I would recommend TutorBird to anyone that owns a small business. It really helps with scheduling. It's easy to use. It saves hours and hours of time on billing and on scheduling. Probably my favorite feature is the reminders that you can set up. We set up reminders for parents. And we used to have a lot of no-shows. Not anymore. TutorBird takes care of that automatically for us, so we don't have to worry about it.
