Difficult to use, difficult to learn, terrible customer support, very little training or assistance with set-up. Lots of reports, however, most of them are pretty useless.
It is very reliable and the customer service is excellent. I use the cloud version with online booking being one of the many benefits.
What I am most upset about was them turning off my program when I tried to call not once but twice to make a payment with them.

Difficult for customers to pay via treatwell if already booked via pay at salon. I wish it had a pay at salon option where they can pay via card.
