Treatwell vs Booket: Which is a better fit?

Treatwell helps to fill in the gaps in your booking calendar and brings many, new loyal clients, which I am very grateful for.

There is no cancellation list facility, this is frustrating for clients and disappointing for me as most other calendar management software now has this very useful facility.

I love the functionality of this software and the reports are so great, helps me to track my earnings and see top treatments.

Because when someone book for 2 treatments, we always loose our time for this gap with nothing. I cancel treatwell widget software because the staff gave me different information quite often.

Professional and friendly it is helpful 🙂 my quirys are answered and I am happy with the service.

Difficult for customers to pay via treatwell if already booked via pay at salon. I wish it had a pay at salon option where they can pay via card.

I really enjoyed having the income boost in January. Just liking the clarity and simplicity.

It has done the occasional weird thing where it was synced up with an external calendar and has then randomly un-synced.

Love how easy it is to use for all abilities of technology. Love how everything links together and how there isn't loads of things you have to pay extra for like every other type of booking system.

They get their email confirmation before they even leave its so quick. No nore writing down their appointment on a card.

Great customer service and help when i needed it and also i can do my accounting all with one app making timing much better. I love how it always updates with new better ways to work it.

The client with online booking can only select one service, our clients complain that they can not make multiple services.

Great experience, once you’ve taken the time to get it all set up for your business and added in all the clients, it makes future bookings really easy. I like that all the info is help in one place.

Search fields for names is a little hit and miss. And the booking box jumps around but other than that most problems are user ones.

I love how easy this software is to use and love that out team members can access and book in clients off their phones.

If you book a full head of highlights Oman’s cut and blow dry for example and do it as 1 appointment it only puts in the price of one service.
