Mi è piaciuta soprattutto l’integrazione completa tra i diversi moduli, che permette di avere una visione unificata di clienti, vendite e processi aziendali. La facilità di personalizzazione consente di adattare la piattaforma alle esigenze specifiche dell’azienda senza interventi complessi. Inoltre, l’integrazione con strumenti come Office migliora la produttività quotidiana. Ho apprezzato anche l’interfaccia intuitiva e le funzionalità di automazione, che aiutano a ridurre errori manuali e a risparmiare tempo. Infine, la possibilità di accedere ai dati in tempo reale supporta decisioni più rapide e informate, rendendo il lavoro più efficiente e organizzato.

Cons

Tra gli aspetti meno apprezzati di Dynamics 365 c’è la complessità iniziale di configurazione, che può richiedere tempo e competenze specifiche, soprattutto per utenti non esperti. Anche i costi possono risultare elevati, in particolare per le piccole imprese o quando si utilizzano più moduli. It is great, it is valuable for a big company having different sectors and department only need to pay for one software all others are included in it.

Pros

Easy to use all MS office available at one place. Makes easy for invoicing. Project management and HR software also available. Customer support is quick and efficient.

Cons

Some bugs and issues but regular updates are available. Sometimes it takes some time to load but its fine. It depends on the organization and network.

Overall, I hardly use Dynamics 365 anymore now given its failings and even though I wish I could've mastered the app, they don't make it easy on the user.

Pros

I've always liked its robust reputation and big-picture business management system as well as integration with other 365 brand apps.

Cons

I even more dislike now the overstuffed features and functionality of the app is, wasting time and not generating any useful insights for my own private business.

Solid CRM, good for beginners as its easy enough to use and to understand but has some bugs and can be a little bit disorganized.

Pros

Cheap CRM that is handy and integrates with the full suite of microsoft solutions which makes it pretty solid for small start-ups.

Cons

The data clean-up was actually quite difficult and I had to completely clean up the system which was a headache.

My overall experience with Dynamics 365 has been strong because it brings so many moving parts of a business into one connected platform, making it easier to see the full picture and act on it. Once you get past the initial learning curve, the system feels powerful and flexible—automation, reporting, and integrations all work together to streamline daily operations. Collaboration improves because teams aren’t working in silos, and having real‑time data available across modules helps with faster, more confident decision‑making. While there are moments where the interface feels dense or certain customizations require technical expertise, the platform ultimately delivers a robust, unified environment that can genuinely elevate how a business runs.

Pros

One of the things I liked most about Dynamics 365 is how seamlessly it brings different business functions together—sales, service, finance, operations, and marketing all live in one connected ecosystem. That unified approach means data flows naturally between teams, giving everyone a clearer picture of customers and processes without jumping between disconnected tools. The platform also feels incredibly adaptable; whether you’re automating workflows, customizing dashboards, or integrating with other Microsoft apps, it gives you the flexibility to shape it around your business rather than forcing you into rigid structures.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Dynamics 365 is that its complexity can feel overwhelming at times—there’s a noticeable learning curve, especially when navigating advanced modules or configuring custom workflows. The interface, while powerful, can occasionally feel cluttered, and some tasks require more clicks than you’d expect. Additionally, performance can vary depending on the environment, and certain customizations or integrations may require more technical expertise than smaller teams typically have.

Pros

Dynamics 365 works with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem — for example Outlook, Teams, Excel, Azure, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Cons

It require significant training. Sometimes too many clicks to complete tasks and Navigation isn’t always intuitive

My experience with Dynamics 365 has been positive and I am happy to be exposed to such a well working complex system, it has provided lots of learning lessons and made me realise how certain sections within our business manage their campaigns and provide customer support on a daily basis.

Pros

Dynamic's 365 is a very good customer relationship management tool that allows our business to be productive and organised, by allowing us to maintain essential contact with customers whilst also keeping an audit of conversations and documents for audit purposes. Being an IT administrator the thing I like most is how easy it is to delegate permissions to people within our business to control their level of access to certain environments within dynamics 365.

Cons

There is nothing I would say I dislike about dynamics 365, however we do have some intermittent problems with certain add ins we use such as the CRM to Genesys softphone not loading for our advisers and contact centre agents which can cause some operational issues from time to time. However this is not a big deal as we have developed ways to get around this / resolve this when it occurs.

Very easy to use. More functionality. Dynamics 365 put everything together under same umbrella and very much customizable and manageable.

Cons

Comparing it with other software, Microsoft is pretty good. However the cost is pretty high resulting to low adaptation among all staff.
