Amity: Hi, my name's Amity and I'm from Lifeboat Accounting, and we use Vevox and we give it five out five stars. So we decided to go with Vevox because we do a lot of public speaking and presentations, especially for boards, for nonprofits, and we were looking for something that was really simple and easy for our audiences to use and access so that we could get live information directly from our presentation. So we really loved the integration of Vevox from PowerPoint directly from your phone. One of the main reasons we went with Vevox is that we were actually able to talk to one of the customer service support team and walk through all of our open questions to figure out if this was the right software for us, especially because we work with a lot of an older population. And we found that the ability to just take a picture with your camera of the QR code and instantly be able to get access to the systems and answer polls live was something that was really important to us. So the minute that we signed up, we had instant access, and within an hour I had watched the videos and I also signed up for one of the online trainings and was instantly set up. And I met with our customer support team one day, for maybe 30 minutes to an hour, just to walk through my very first presentation to make sure that I got everything correct, and the next day it was operational. It was very smooth and easy. I would recommend just going for it. It made our presentations very interactive. And one of the things was that we were presenting at a statewide conference where there was multiple presenters and multiple options, and everyone came up to us after and said that ours was the most interesting, even though we were probably talking about one of the hardest topics that we were scheduled for the day. But everyone had fun, they felt like they were engaged, and they really appreciated seeing everyone else's feedback up on the screen immediately so that they didn't feel like they were alone on the specific topics that we were talking about.
