Kandji vs Mosyle Business: Which is a better fit?

Overall I have been extremely happy with Kandji and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium really solid management solution for Macs and iOS.

Forced a Zoom update once in the middle of an All Hands I was presenting. Small disruption but I wish I could have avoided it.

Compared to JAMF, this was a huge win for us. I also loved how easy it was to setup Automated Device Enrollment.

The problems I'm solving are the ones that Kandji is designed for, Apple MDM. It gets the job done without me having to continually work within the application.

Incredible functionality and very easy to use compared to some of the competition. Support is fantastic, and a great solution engineering team to help with any struggles.

Why you chose Kandji & problems solved. We looked for Zero-touch deployment and remote management of our Mac devices.

They know and love their product for good (and obvious) reasons. As a life long Apple user, admin and admirer I can say that if Apple did their own MDM, it would look like this.

I wish they could fix everything. Unfortunately, whilst they try hard, they can't resolve fundamental flaws in the OS's.

I like the very easy to use interface, that gives me full control of the deployment of software and profiles. It has a great feature set and I can secure the devices very well.

One of the biggest complaints I have against Mosyle is that the management interface is a progressive web app with no browser history.

We are happy to work with Mosyle for few years, nice new features, flexible configurations, good price.

Missing documentation & knowledge center with all the features explained.

I love the fact of how easy it is for enrollment and the new device setup process is SO seamless. I like the fact that you can see what any user has on their device installed.

Emails to account management are ignored. The application itself is buggy, things sometimes work and when they don't customer support can't give an explanation, quite unreliable.

Overall, my experience with Mosyle Business has been fantastic. Great product, great support, at an unbeatable price.

Some features are hard to understand how to use if you don't have an IT background.
