The problems I'm solving are the ones that Kandji is designed for, Apple MDM. It gets the job done without me having to continually work within the application.

They know and love their product for good (and obvious) reasons. As a life long Apple user, admin and admirer I can say that if Apple did their own MDM, it would look like this.
I wish they could fix everything. Unfortunately, whilst they try hard, they can't resolve fundamental flaws in the OS's.
I like the very easy to use interface, that gives me full control of the deployment of software and profiles. It has a great feature set and I can secure the devices very well.
One of the biggest complaints I have against Mosyle is that the management interface is a progressive web app with no browser history.

I love the fact of how easy it is for enrollment and the new device setup process is SO seamless. I like the fact that you can see what any user has on their device installed.
Emails to account management are ignored. The application itself is buggy, things sometimes work and when they don't customer support can't give an explanation, quite unreliable.
Overall, my experience with Mosyle Business has been fantastic. Great product, great support, at an unbeatable price.
Some features are hard to understand how to use if you don't have an IT background.
