I've had a great experience with this app. Support is great and quick, and I've made some really fun chatbots really easily.
There are some features which are missing which are personal desires which cannot be mentioned as a con.
I've been with them solely for creating funnels on facebook messenger bot but ActiveChat wow me with more channels like telegram and the ability to integrate NLP easily.
No rss/feed integration (to automatic send news). No follow up or segmentation.
The team are incredibly responsive and always looking to help. There is a strong community on Facebook around this product and there is always someone willing to offer advice and help.
It's currently only support building bot with the flowchart diagram based and drag and drop. I'm not very familiar with flowchart diagram might spent a little time on learning it.
Amazing bot builder which I use for my Facebook messenger chat automation. The architecture of using skills is amazing as it saves us a lot of time.
It was difficult understanding how to get started until I watched several videos. I also had issues using this platform on Firefox to connect Facebook messenger.

Zipteams... i have been a Zipteams user for almost 1.5 years now one thing that i love avout Zipteams is how easy it is to use it. The customer care also has the best services.
Sometimes an error occurs when entering the meeting room.
It has nice audio and video quality which is highly appreciated. Zipteams also is user friendly and it has good customer service.
Usage of bandwidth is high according to me as through mobile data it sometimes stops screenshare.
Zipteams is super easy to use even for beginners. I am also pleased by the good customer service it is good i love it.
Unfortunately, Zipteams doesn’t have offline access and ain’t available on Appstore.
