eCaring vs Trella Health Marketscape: Which is a better fit?

ECaring is a healthcare software platform which improve care coordination and enhance the quality of care for patients.

They really seem to have thought of everything. The only negative comment I have is that I'm disappointed I didn't find eCaring sooner.

I like everything about this software. Specifically, I enjoy the customization and ease of reporting.

When we look at history of past aides on client for the purpose of restaffing we would prefer to only see current aides and not former or inactive as it shows too much data and can be confusing.

The more information you put in it, the more you get out of it. Reports featured is amazing.

The reporting options sometimes could be confusing.

I really loved Home Care IT because it was very inexpensive to use.

I don't have anything that I don't like about this software. The only thing I suggest is having an app for phones and location services for tracking.

This is great for comparing your own performance with other similar agencies, as well as opportunities for growth in other geographic regions or target referral sources.

There is so much offered and it can get confusing to remember.

It is useful to know which hospices have the Market share and then to investigate and find out why. As a new provider in our market we strive to be the Best.

Their opinion is that it is too confusing and difficult to find what they are looking for. This could be such a great tool, but it isn't there yet due to it's confusing nature.

Trella's support staff is amazing and they really make it more user friendly. I like the up to date data and ability to create a presentation from the data.

I live in a small town, and often times all of the agencies shown for a physician all show under 11 so it is difficult for me to determine exactly where my agency stands.

What’s liked most about Trella Health was how easy it was to learn and how quickly we have gained a wealth of knowledge about our markets in a short time.

The timing of the data greatly impacts how we're able to use it. With a 3-4 quarter lag, it's difficult to assess new & upcoming agencies in a certain area.
