The extreme lack of common, everyday items for props and character animations you find yourself needing, the bugs and poor customer service make it a thoroughly disappointing experience.

With adding Vyond to our current authoring tools, we were able to add some very interesting and engaging video content upfront to our existing modules. For example, an Adobe Captivate module, we were a able to add a nice and engaging video upfront. With Vyond, the ability to very quickly and easily create a video was very appealing. Also, there's a very large library of characters, props, background music, sound effects, all of which were very customizable where we can add animations and transitions to that information. So it was very easy to develop a video. I would say, in addition to the ease of the Vyond platform in and of itself, the ability to quickly share links to anyone in the organization was very helpful. I could just quickly copy the link, send it to someone else on the team for them to review or preview throughout the development process. I would say the only thing that I encounter with Vyond that I like the least would be the fact that it is cloud-based. So there are moments in time when I'm in the middle of developing a scene or portion of this video and there's a disruption in internet connectivity or the network, and it causes the site in of itself to pause and get disconnected. So I might lose what I was working on, and so, that, at times, can be frustrating.
