200M users like SMBs, IT service and knowledge workers increase their productivity by using PDF Reader Pro to make workflow smarter.
Students, researchers, and professionals seeking an open-source PDF solution.
Love the ease of use of the PDF Reader Pro. This is utilized in my professional life and is great for getting clients to sign forms.
I dislike the format of document editing controls. I also dislike how even multiple signature documents make editing difficult (i.e. adding the extra signatures).
My overall experience is very excellent with this powerful and useful software as i am using PDF Reader Pro almost everyday from last many years.
Also, Ed annotations on this app is quite frustrating– it cannot undo an annotation except by deleting the entire thing or editing individually which is really stressful.
In general, it is a good and reliable software to work with and is convenient.
With larger size files when sending them using Microsoft Edge the files seem to crash.
PDF Reader Pro provides exciting services to its users free of cost but when you get there paid version you can access all its useful tools and features.
When the software has to be updated, the process can be somewhat inconvenient and occasionally causes compatibility issues.
Overall, I am very happy with this piece of software -- it is reliable, available at little to no cost, and easy enough to train users on and recommend.
I will switch to Nitro PDF and know exactly what I am getting. And their customer service is awful.
This is a really great alternative for Adobe Acrobat. All functions like merging or snaping pdf files are very helpful.
The only complaint i have would be the cost of the product, I think it should cost a little less.
Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use to combine multiple PDFs or to take apart PDFs. I love that it's free too.
Also, each time you use the program, duplicate PDFsam icons appear, which can be confusing.
It can also convert into many pdf versions. Not paying for proprietary tools is a great advantage in using this software.
If you DO need to edit a PDF, you'll need to pay for that functionality.
Ashutosh M.: I'm Ashutosh, and I'm a student. I give PDF Reader Pro a rating of four out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. Before PDF Reader Pro, we considered options like Foxit Reader. But, it did not work, since it had a lot of complicated UI and a lot of functions which were not needed by us, where we were working. PDF Reader Pro offers very easy annotated UI, like, for example, if you just want to edit a PDF or you want to merge PDFs, it's right then and there. You can even sign PDFs easily, which I and my team found completely useful. And we use it in our day-to-day lives. And also, PDF Reader Pro offers inexpensive options for their plans and all the other things. Integrating PDF Reader Pro in our business was fairly simple, I would say. It's not a tedious task, at the maximum, it would take you less than two hours and you'd be all set up to go. Once it's there, you can churn out PDFs, you can add, merge, split, sign. And, I think it's one of the easiest options available as of today. If you're considering getting PDF Reader Pro, I'd suggest that you'll look out for all the other apps, you try them before, and then you try PDF Reader Pro, that way you will know what you're looking for, and that way you also know that what features you require or you don't require. And accordingly, you can choose the version that you wish to download.
