Brandon: My name is Brandon. I'm a health insurance advisor and I give iSales a Five-Star Review. For more reviews like this, click below. So my company used VanillaSoft previously. I work in a sales field, so we had to have a software that was fully functional, it was going to work fast. And we found that that software in particular, wasn't doing the job for us. So that is why we moved over to iSalesCRM and we haven't had any issues since making that decision. So my company has found that iSalesCRM has provided us with multiple features. One being functionality, being able to address clients in a quick fashion, as well as, speed. So when it comes to addressing clients when they need us, we are able to do that when we are called upon. When it comes to the billing process, as well, very easy to navigate. We have had no problems when it comes to paying for the service. Whereas, we have found that problem with other software similar and iSalesCRM has really provided us with an easy to use process that allows us to reach our clients whenever they need but make sure that we're not overpaying for what we have. When it comes to onboarding for iSalesCRM, it was a very easy process for us to navigate. They set us up with a very easy to use process for videos and different learning techniques, when it came to actually figuring out how the CRM itself worked. And it provided a step up from our previous software that didn't really give us any tools to use it. We had to get creative with how we were going to use it. Whereas, iSales lists out exactly how their program is to be used and we followed their steps and we've had success ever since. So I would recommend iSalesCRM to any company, any business that is looking to manage their pipeline accordingly, or build their sales clientele. Overall, if you need a easy to use software that's going to allow you to do all of that, iSalesCRM is going to be my top recommendation.
