Constantly updated and worked on by the company it is feature rich and a solid support tool. Very happy with it and I have been using it since the FixMe days.
Unable to do connection with a single connection, ie. Working at home on my laptop I would like to connect to my primary workstation in the office and jump to users workstation which fails.
The reboot and reconnect features have been improved, and I also like having a variety of settings that allow me to choose how I want to see and control the remote desktop.
Constant updates that automatically occur and delay me connecting to a machine for a few minutes.
Overall it’s a great product. The price is right and the quality is good.
Multiple monitor controls. Two monitors visible is hard to control and switching between 2 is cumbersome.
I have been using this software for a while now and I am pleased with its performance and features.
Price could be lower, but seems to reflect the market. Looking forward to the unattended access functionality which I'm told is expected to be released soon.
The time we save by not having to look up each client in our practice software is awesome. It keeps our front desk staff one step a head and allows you to be best prepared.
The only problem that we have experienced is it quits working on our thin client computers after the server is restarted. We then have to take some steps to get it back up and working.
The customer service from set up and beyond is quick, efficient and friendly. It is has been a good addition to help us better serve our clients and a helpful tool for our receptionists.
The only slightly negative aspect that I will mention- it does take several seconds or approximately on second ring for the Fetchit software to show up on our monitors.
The ability to pull a client's chart up automatically when they call, not only saves time, but also ensures both accuracy and quality customer care.
Duplicate client records due to spelling errors, not hearing the name correctly have all but been eliminated.
The most amazing thing about this software is that I typically have the client's Avimark file pulled up before I'm done with my greeting.
If you are picking up phone calls quickly there is a slight delay.
