I love being able to showcase our awesome reviews on our website. I can easily get reviews after a customer uses us where before it was like pulling teeth.

Sometimes the customers do not receive the emails asking them for a review, but this is more to do with the Spam filters on the receiving end.

The customer support is great and on top of helping me with any support i need fir my account and my clients accounts. They are open to input and committed to making their product better.

I love that its so easy to share my reviews on my website. You have to get people to your website and reviews are an easy way.

Other than that, the only "filter" that doesn't seem to work for me is the request to ignore reviews that do not contain user comments.

Lack of customization and integrations with other software solutions is not ideal, but as mentioned, it's not crucial in any way for what Savi does.

Great experience with support. User friendly; easy for customers to leave reviews and best of all reviews are posted on all social media outlets.

There is no easy way to reach out to their customer service. No contact information on billing.
