SigniFlow vs RightSignature: Which is a better fit?

Sometimes I don't receive the 'completed document' even though i have set as a reviewer when the process is created. It fails to go through the entire slow and gets 'stuck' at times.

I really like it and would highly recommend. As mentioned above, I think the marketing and brand recognition needs to be improved, but as a product, I think it works well for us as a business.

Sometimes the system just freezes then kicks you out and all the work is lost when logging back in.

The user interface is quite nice. The product is feature-packed so it is a good choice to go for SigniFlow as digital signature solution.

We had experienced problems with the loading of a new signatory in that he [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was not able to open my documents in order to sign them off.

We have a very good experience with SigniFlow. Easy to sign, easy to share, easy to manage the documents and satisfy the overall service.

Problems with field insertion and fields moving/shifting - templates automatically altered by SignFlow system/software.

I like the reliable features of RightSignature, which makes it a great tool for document management. RightSignature is easy to use.

Many clients signed in the wrong spot or missed signatures some couldn't figure it out at all. For me it was just too expensive and didn't do what I had hoped it would.

Great price point, accessible, and the customer service I received was excellent which is a huge reason why I stick with a product.

Now I get charged every month. Customer service is unable to refund the charge so I have to call the bank and execute a chargeback.

The ability to customize standard templates and integrate with SFDC makes it one of the most valuable tools we use. We've had great success with RightSig and have been using the service for years.

Horrible horrible customer service. The free trial is limited.

Creating your own document and having it secure along with being able to choose who signs them, its a great tool for legal services.

Forms can be frustrationg for clients when they have to fill out a asection before submitting. Also the double verification that forms have been completed can be annoying to clients.
