Geotab vs Samsara: Which is a better fit?

We provide services for people with intellectual developmental disabilities. I give Geotab a rating of five. Before we had Geotab, we did not have a service at all to use as GPS tracking for our vehicles. We chose Geotab as our GPS service provider, mostly because we like working with the vendor of T-Mobile, who supplies the Geotab, and they did a great job recommending the product and providing support that was needed to operate the equipment. Geotab was very simple to start up on our vehicles. It was pretty much plug and play, and I had the necessary support to implement each device into our account, so it was a very simple process. Advice that I would give people who are considering Geotab is absolutely do it. It's an easy setup. The app that we use to track the devices is very simple to use. It can be customized, the report-wise, and just it's overall a good system.

Kathy: My name's Kathy. I am the owner operator of KT Ventures. We are an environmental kitchen solution company. I would rate Samsara with a five. Before we used Samsara, we were using another product, and I can't remember the name of it. Was very limited in its application. I had a lot of trouble connecting. One of the other franchise owners in a conversation mentioned Samsara and I gave it a try, and have been really happy since then. I started using Samsara on a personal recommendation, but before I just pulled the trigger, I also researched them online and they seemed to get great reviews, very robust. The product had what I needed for my business. So, getting started with Samsara was really easy. I placed the order, the product came. Fortunately, my son is involved in the business and he and my husband are pretty good with mechanical, so getting it loaded, getting it installed in the vehicle was not a problem at all. We've since bought other vehicles and had to transfer the product, and that's been easy as well. I would definitely recommend Samsara. I can get on it whenever I need to. My business operates 24/7, so it's really important for me at two o'clock in the morning to know where my vehicles are. There is great tutorials, there is great customer support, if I have any questions. My rep contacts me all the time to see if I need anything else, if I need additional equipment, if I need any tutorials or training. Like I said, the best thing about it is the fact that I log in and everything is there and it's very, very user-friendly. So I would definitely recommend it whether you have two cars or 10.
