Geotab vs Verizon Connect: Which is a better fit?

Terri A.: Hi, my name is Terri. I work for the Point Arc of Northern Kentucky. I'm the executive director over the residential and case management programs. We provide services for people with intellectual developmental disabilities. I give Geotab a rating of five. Before we had Geotab, we did not have a service at all to use as GPS tracking for our vehicles. We chose Geotab as our GPS service provider, mostly because we like working with the vendor of T-Mobile, who supplies the Geotab, and they did a great job recommending the product and providing support that was needed to operate the equipment. Geotab was very simple to start up on our vehicles. It was pretty much plug and play, and I had the necessary support to implement each device into our account, so it was a very simple process. Advice that I would give people who are considering Geotab is absolutely do it. It's an easy setup. The app that we use to track the devices is very simple to use. It can be customized, the report-wise, and just it's overall a good system.

Kevin: Hi, my name is Kevin. I'm the owner of the company. We distribute Kirby Home Care Systems, and I give Verizon Connect a five rating. I wasn't using anything before I started using Verizon Connect, so I was on the go all the time in my vehicle, driving from appointment to appointment, checking on my guys and my fleet. Until now, I've been using Verizon Connect, I get to stay in the office. I really chose Verizon Connect because I used Verizon for my whole company for cellular service and also landline service, so I really didn't look at any other of the competitors. I just seen the option on my app and clicked on it, and then I called and got a salesperson and set it up. Verizon Connect was pretty simple to get started with, as if it was a phone service or landline service, sales service, anything that I use Verizon. The salespeople were on point, helpful. I had it within a day. I would recommend it to anybody. I've actually recommended it to a few of my family members or friends that own the companies. I have a fleet of five vehicles right now, so I can sit in the office and look when they're done. If I have somebody that calls for an appointment, I know where the guys are at and when they're going to be able to get there. So it makes it a lot easier to set up the appointments and keep track of all of my vehicles and where the people are at.
