ThinkReservations vs Amenitiz: Which is a better fit?

I love the reservation system, the ease of use, the reports, the HELP CENTER is awesome, live customer service can not be beat.

My prospective guests intuitively understand how to navigate this platform, and I receive many less phone calls from people frustrated or confused by my ThinkReservations system.

I found it easy to set up, easy to use, easy to change things. I love the reports, I love that there is continuous improvement, but most of all I love the customer service.

After 28 yrs in the B&B business we were forced to switch companys , because the other. Webervations went Out of business my only regret is we didn't use Think reservations instead of webervations.

Think is a team and I feel like I am on the team, superb support who are the best I have ever worked with.

Inability to sych with more calendars such as Glamping Hub.

What I really appreciate is their help section. They have made it very easy to search for a solution and there are also videos which are very helpful.

Having to pay extra to have the OTAs book through the system.

I am a new bed and breakfast and they have helped with everything. We created a great website together and the customer service has been excellent.

Shocking and complete waste of time and money and caused me weeks of stress and now more money has had be paid out.

They friendly, helpful and first especially the sales bit and applications looked easy to use and affordable.

Sensitive content hidden] immediately understood the problem we were having with our listings not being visible.

I am very satisfied with my choice. It us very helpful and inspiring.

The only thing I don't like is that I have to pay.

I am very happy with Amenitiz and highly recommend their platform. I spent a lot of time comparing all of the channel manager and booking engine sites before deciding on Amenitiz.

The first problem I came to no one has helped resolve the issue. It has been weeks and I still cannot link the invoicing.
