It all depends on what I'm doing in my development work, then whatever WinSQL feature I'm using, becomes my favorite. That is what makes it such an awesome database tool, its breadth of features.
Troubleshooting database connections and access can be difficult to navigate with the provided error messages.
I have learned so much about the quality of company data using WinSQL. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this product.
Lite features are annoying instead of restrictive.
I have been using WinSQl for about 9 years and it has been a great choice. Each new version come with new innovative features.
The one thing I can see that it really lacks is error prompting as SSMS has.
I really like the software and have had very few problems with it. It's easy to install, easy to use, pretty fast and reliable.
It times out all of the time and some of the user-friendly settings are hard to track down.
The product is great and the customer service is outstanding. The service rep named [sensitive content hidden] was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient in helping with my issue.
Sometimes the transactions fail to upload. Otherwise we didn'd have any problems with this app when we used it.
With the help of my new friend, [sensitive content hidden] (and his wonderful insight), we found that the answer is YES.
Support, it does not exist, you get screwed up with yearly billing.
We have been very happy with SaasAnt Transactions and the company's support has been very responsive, much appreciated when compared to support from other vendors.
Software was disappointing, but I would have continued with it for the year.
We like the ease of use, reliability and great client support that we have received over the years of using this application.
I would like to tell you that your program is horrible. It says it integrates PayPal to QuickBooks desktop, but it does not.
Shaq M.: My name is Shaq. I work at Redding Metro. We are a user of SaasAnt, and we give it a five out of five. We use SaasAnt to basically upload hundreds of thousands of transactions to our accounting system on a daily basis. It has allowed us to streamline the entire accounting process and remove any kind of errors, like man-made errors that could happen from manual data entry. What we like about them is how simple the UI is to upload information. We definitely think that they put a lot of resources making it as user-friendly as possible and having every type of functionality or feature you could imagine under the sun. And then, the ability to undo uploads and track down errors is extremely useful for debugging purposes. With regards to room for improvement, one of the things SaasAnt can definitely do is make robust guides or a lot more detailed explanation for what every button and functionality has. That would go a long way, just because of how powerful it is as a software. It took us a lot of trial and testing to figure it out ourselves, and some of the team members that they have on support could also be up-trained a little bit more. We would always have to get escalated to an engineer or a product developer to answer some of our more complex questions, essentially. The other area that they could definitely make some improvements in are stability with QuickBooks, and maybe that's more of a QuickBooks problem, desktop enterprise that it is with SaasAnt, but sometimes QuickBooks basically crashes. Now, whether it's due to some kind of issue between the connection that happens between QuickBooks and SaasAnt, or whether it's the data being inputted or QuickBooks just being an uncooperative software, we don't know, but it does create some problems there.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
