The first thing that attracted me to Xeams is it's platform agnostics - I don't need a Windows server to run it on. Having used it all these years, what I find I like best is it's effectiveness.
If i view an email in spam and it's too wide, there are no slide bars or pinch and zoom available when using my mobile device ( please correct me if i am doing something wrong).
Xeams is user friendly, definitely worth what we pay, excellent at identifying good and bad emails, and has excellent customer support.
Our email had become overrun with spam as it's a 15 year old email address that has been published on websites.
As Multi Platform software it is unified for setup, which was easy and straight forward. Good filtering options for both beginners and Advanced users/administrators.
A lot of manual effort to white list legitimate mail that is incorrectly identified as spam.
Options like the Sandbox and the reports are a nice feature as well as the ease at which you can review and release emails.
Server restarts tend to hang from the gui when doing so from the home page with no indication why it is hanging.
I really love and recommend truecaller for everyone. It helps in phone security.
The other problem is it has lot of privacy concern. The other annoying thing is that it has too many advertisement.
My experience has been awesome, the app has been accurate and very helpful.
Even with the premium version, at times, it shows ads which is very annoying. Sometimes, it shows fake names since someone gave them that name.
This application is very useful to know the identity of unknown if he is texting or calling and from where he is calling which I like the most.
The thing I dislike about the app is that I get frequently bombarded by ads which is quite frustrating. Apart from that, it also consumes a lot battery life as it is resources intensive.
The best feature is we can check who has viewed our contact. Best App to manage calls.
When it comes to incoming phone alerts, I've had a lot of problems. It occasionally does not appear and never loads.
Scott: My name is Scott, from CoreMSP, LLC. We do computer support for small businesses and I give Xeams a solid 4 rating. Before Xeams, we didn't use anything for spam filtering other than built-in Outlook settings. Xeams was great. It had a free community edition for up to five users in-house with a hypervisor machine pre-built. You just load it right up and configure and easy, really easy to set up and start anti-spam filtering for small office. Getting started with Xeams was very easy. They had a pre-packaged virtual machine that just once you download and upload it and couple of configuration settings and it's good to go, it was really under a half hour. Well, I would recommend if for a small office, well, especially the free edition gives you five users. After that, I'm not sure on the pricing anymore, it's been a while. But I would say for a small office just to have good email filtering, it's great.
